Who we are

Atom UK Group is the data controller for information submitted through this website. If you have questions about how we handle your data, contact us through the contact page.

What information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your telephone number (if provided)
• The content of your message
• Your IP address (for spam prevention)

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to deliver the services you've asked us to carry out. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Legal basis

We process your information on the basis of your consent (by submitting the contact form) and, where a contract is agreed, on the basis of performing that contract.

How long we keep your information

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as required for accounting, insurance and legal purposes, typically up to 6 years.

Who we share it with

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our contact form from spam. Turnstile processes your IP address as part of that verification. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties except where legally required.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Withdraw consent for us to hold your information
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)
