What's involved
We inspect and test the fixed wiring of a property — circuits, accessories, earthing and protective devices — using calibrated test equipment. Testing identifies faults, deterioration and non-compliance with current wiring regulations before they become a problem.
When you need it
Inspection and testing is useful when moving into a new property, after a fault, following alterations to a circuit, or as part of a routine maintenance programme for landlords and businesses. It's also the foundation of a landlord's EICR.
